Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini — a coupe with a coffee-brown cocktail topped with crema foam and three beans, on a cream background

Wakes you up and lays you down. The modern classic, broken.

Vodka (or rum, mezcal…) · Espresso · Coffee liqueur (or PX, amaro, cacao) · A touch of sweet · Foam and 3 beans

The Espresso Martini is the modern classic: vodka, coffee, coffee liqueur and a touch of sweet, shaken to a foam. A template with four levers — spirit, coffee, liqueur/sweet and bitter — begging to be broken.

Change the spirit (rum, mezcal), the coffee (cold brew, tonic), the liqueur (PX, amaro, cacao), or clarify it. Each change, a direction.

The mother ingredient: the coffee and the foam. Ten directions come from there.

Method

The mould: 45 vodka · 25 espresso · 15 coffee liqueur · 5 syrup. Hard shake, double-strain, foam and three beans. Each direction changes one piece and rebalances.

The coffee and the foam. Change the spirit, the liqueur or the technique — and a break is born.

This cocktail is a case of the method. Apply it to your own collision.Open the benchWhat does it cost to pour? Cost it — cost, margin and pour cost.Cost it
