Where whiskey meets citrus.
Bourbon, lemon, sugar — and, if you like, egg white for a silky crown. The sour template applied to brown spirit.
Ingredients
- Bourbon45 ml
- Fresh lemon juice25 ml
- Simple syrup15 ml
- Egg whiteoptional
Garnish
Lemon slice and a cherry
Method
- 1Dry-shake without ice if using egg white, to build foam.
- 2Add ice and shake hard again.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
