Ingredients
- White rum40 ml
- Fresh lime juice30 ml
- Sugar6 tsp
- Fresh mint6 leaves
- Soda watersplash

Method
- 1Gently muddle mint with sugar and lime juice in a highball glass.
- 2Add rum and fill with crushed ice.
- 3Top with soda and stir briefly.
