Old Tom gin, dry vermouth, maraschino, absinthe and orange bitters — a formal, aromatic forebear of the modern Martini.
Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin30 ml
- Dry Vermouth30 ml
- Maraschino Luxardo1/2 Bar Spoon
- Absinthe1/4 Bar Spoon
- Orange Bitters3 Dashes
Garnish
Garnish with a cherry and lemon zest.
Method
- 1Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well.
- 2Strain into a chilled martini glass.
