Russian Spring Punch

Vodka, lemon, cassis and sugar topped with sparkling wine — a long, berry-bright punch from the man who defined modern London bartending.
Ingredients
- Vodka25 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Crème de Cassis15 ml
- Sugar Syrup10 ml
- Top up with Sparkling Wine
Garnish
Garnish with blackberries and a lemon slice.
Method
- 1Pour all ingredients except the sparkling wine into a shaker, shake well with ice.
- 2Strain into a chilled tall tumbler filled with ice and top up with sparkling wine.
