Gin, vodka and Lillet, shaken cold — the drink Bond invents in 'Casino Royale' and names for a woman.
Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Vodka15 ml
- Lillet Blanc7.5 ml
Garnish
Garnish with lemon zest.
Method
- 1Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
- 2Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
The lesson
Shaking a clear spirit drink slightly clouds and over-dilutes it — a deliberate 'flaw' Bond preferred. Even 'wrong' can be a choice.
