Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth and green Chartreuse stirred down — warm, herbal and criminally overlooked.
Ingredients
- Irish Whiskey50 ml
- Sweet Red Vermouth25 ml
- Green Chartreuse15 ml
- Angostura Bitters2 Dashes
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of orange.
Method
- 1Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes.
- 2Stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
The lesson
