The most-ordered cocktail in the modern bar — passion fruit, vanilla, a whisper of lime, and a shot of fizz on the side. Proof the canon is still being written.
Ingredients
- Vanilla vodka45 ml
- Passoã (passion fruit liqueur)15 ml
- Fresh lime juice15 ml
- Passion fruit purée30 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup10 ml
Garnish
Half a passion fruit + Prosecco shot
Method
- 1Shake all ingredients hard with ice.
- 2Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
- 3Float half a passion fruit on top.
- 4Serve with a small shot of chilled Prosecco on the side.
