Rye, sweet vermouth and cherry brandy in an absinthe-rinsed glass — a rich, aromatic variation named for a battleship.
Ingredients
- Rye Whiskey60 ml
- Sweet Vermouth22.5 ml
- Cherry Brandy Luxardo15 ml
- Absinthe7.5 ml
Garnish
Garnish with lemon zest.
Method
- 1Rinse a coupe with the absinthe and discard the excess.
- 2Stir the other ingredients over ice and strain into the rinsed coupe.
The lesson
