Blackstrap rum and Campari with pineapple and lime — a 1970s Malaysian original that smuggled amaro into the tropics.
Ingredients
- Blackstrap Rum45 ml
- Campari22.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Demerara Sugar Syrup15 ml
Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Method
- 1Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- 2Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
