Rum, coconut cream and pineapple blended smooth — the frozen beach classic that's a national drink by law.
Ingredients
- White Rum50 ml
- Coconut Cream30 ml
- Fresh Pineapple Juice50 ml
Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cocktail cherry.
Method
- 1Blend all ingredients with ice in an electric blender.
- 2Pour into a large glass and serve with straws.
The lesson
Coconut cream is rich and heavy; it needs plenty of pineapple acidity and ice to stay a drink and not a milkshake. Balance the fat.
