Ingredients
- Pisco60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Simple Syrup20 ml
- Whole Egg White1
Garnish
A few dashes of aromatic bitters on the foam.
Method
- 1Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake and strain into a chilled goblet glass.
