Three rums, lime, falernum, grenadine and a spritz of Pernod — Donn Beach's ferociously strong tiki original, limited by the bar for good reason.
Ingredients
- Jamaican Dark Rum45 ml
- Gold Puerto Rican Rum45 ml
- Demerara Rum30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Falernum15 ml
- Donn's Mix15 ml
- Grenadine Syrup1 tsp
- Angostura Bitters1 dash
- Pernod6 drops
Garnish
Garnish with mint leaves.
Method
- 1Add all ingredients into an electric blender with cracked ice.
- 2Pulse-blend for a few seconds and serve in a tall tumbler.

Complexity can hide strength: many balanced ingredients make a dangerously drinkable, powerful drink. Menu the limit for a reason.
