Dark rum floated over spicy ginger beer so it swirls down like weather — a Bermudan trademark, dark rum on top, always.
Ingredients
- Goslings Rum60 ml
- Ginger Beer100 ml
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge or slice.
Method
- 1In a highball glass filled with ice pour the ginger beer and top floating with the Rum.
