Campari and orange juice — but the OJ must be 'fluffy', aerated on a spinning juicer so it turns the bitter liqueur silky.
Ingredients
- Bitter Campari45 ml
- Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice120 ml
Garnish
Garnish with an orange wedge.
Method
- 1Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice, using fluffy fresh orange juice.
