Cognac, orange liqueur and lemon — the Margarita's sophisticated European cousin. A sugar rim is optional but classic.
Ingredients
- Cognac50 ml
- Triple sec20 ml
- Fresh lemon juice20 ml
Garnish
Sugar rim, orange twist
Method
- 1Rim a coupe with sugar, if you like.
- 2Shake all ingredients hard with ice.
- 3Double-strain into the chilled coupe.
