No classic takes as many versions as the Bloody Mary. It isn't a recipe — it's a savory canvas (spirit, tomato, acid, umami and heat) and every part can change without breaking the picture. So we gave it its own menu: a living collection of breaks.
The rule is simple. Take one of the five pieces — the spirit, the 'tomato', the acid, the umami or the heat — swap it for another culture or technique, and rebalance. Each swap is a new direction. We start with five; the menu grows on its own.
Ideas that were born brushing against other cocktails live here — like the kimchi Bloody, which was asking for its own room. None is invented for the sake of it: all are serveable, and all taste of something.
Method
The classic canvas: 45 vodka · 90 tomato juice · 15 lemon · Worcestershire · Tabasco · celery salt and pepper, built over ice with celery. Each direction breaks one of those pieces and rebalances the rest.
The savory canvas: spirit + tomato + acid + umami + heat. Swap one piece, rebalance, a break is born.
